"Fireproof" is a great movie with action scenes so real it is hard to believe this is just a movie. It is even greater for those who are struggling to save a marriage that seems to be floundering so badly that divorce seems to be the only answer. Don't give up folks. Instead, take a look at this movie, starring Kirk Cameron, the former television star of Growing Pains. It is full of adventure, and just may give you a whole new outlook on the problems your marriage is facing.
In the movie, Caleb (played by Kirk Cameron) is a firefighter who is totally devoted to his profession, and who believes with all his heart that you never leave your partner behind. To his way of thinking, this applies only to his firefighting partner.
Caleb's marriage is in shambles, and both he and his wife, Catherine, are ready to call it quits when Caleb is asked by his father to read a book called, The Love Dare.
Challenged by the book, Caleb finds that his marriage is worth fighting for after all, even though it has deteriorated to the place where his wife is no longer receptive to his love.
You will enjoy seeing Kirk Cameron, all grown up, playing in this exciting, adventure-packed role. The movie is both inspirational and entertaining.

I just got back from watching Fireproof... the over all message was solid for sure; it was great to see such a different-flavored movie on the regular, big screen
Glad you liked it. I understand the company that made the movie is planning on making more in the future. Of course, having a name star like Kirk Cameron helped this one draw crowds.
