Still Time To Order A Special Christmas Dress for Your Little Girl

When my three girls were small, one of my favorite things to sew for them was a new dress for their birthday, for Christmas, or for Easter. We usually shopped for material at least two months ahead of time, and every day when the girls came home from school, practically the first words out of their mouths were, "Did you work on our dresses today?

It was a chore I loved, but like most kids do, mine grew up and outgrew their need for mom to make them new dresses for special occasions. These days, I have noticed that the prices of ready-made dresses are so reasonable, and they are so adorable, it would hardly make good economic sense to sew them at home any more.

If you have a small daughter or granddaughter that doesn't have a special Christmas dress yet, take a look at those below and see if you don't agree with me.  For available sizes and prices, just CLICK on one of the pictures for access to the dresses shown here and dozens more.

The multi-colored purple and blue dress on the left has a pleated look that makes little girls feel all grown up.  Lots of ruffles to dress up an already dressy dress.

The red dress with the white fluffy trim will make her the star of the show as she helps pass out presents or shows up at a performance of the Nutcracker looking almost as Christmasy as Santa Claus himself.
